1) Take exit 137 for Revere Ave.

2) Turn right on to Revere Ave.

3) Turn right onto 8th street

4) Turn left on NE Penn Ave (Penn Ave becomes Neff Rd)

5) Go past the hospital to the intersection at 27th street and turn left on 27th street

6) Turn left onto Conner’s Ave.

7) Take the second left, past the ambulance entrance to the hospital to find NE Doctors Drive

8) The parking lot is on your right and we are the first suite to the left once you enter the building

1) From HWY 97, turn left at the light for Cooley Rd

2) At the traffic circle take the first exit, right on to NE 18th street

3) Continue to the next traffic circle, take the third exit for NE Empire Ave

4) Continue to NE Empire Ave as you pass Pine Nursery Park on the left-hand side

5) At the next traffic circle, take the 2nd exit on to 27th street

6) You will pass Mountain View High School, and Courtney Drive, on the right-hand side

7) Turn right on to Conner’s Ave.

8) Take the second left, past the ambulance entrance to the hospital to find NE Doctors Drive

9) The parking lot is on your right and we are the first suite to the left once you enter the building
